Kim and Frank booked my ALL DAY, ALL INCLUSIVE Glacier National Park Elopement package. While my 5 hour ALL-INCLUSIVE Glacier National Park Elopement package is my most popular, the ALL-DAY package is a very close second. When clients ask me which package is the best fit for them, it always starts with what they want out of their day. For couples who want to hike, or want pictures at their lodging, outside of Glacier, or if they simply want more coverage and locations within the park, then my ALL DAY package is a great option . But for couples who are looking for a shorter day so that we can start a little later or finish in time for them to have a celebratory dinner with their family back at their lodging our in town, my 5 hour package is a great fit. Elopement St. Mary Glacier National Park, Montana

But from the first call, Frank and Kim knew they wanted all day coverage and we made the most of our time together! We began their day with a beautiful intimate ceremony in St Mary( (just us 3, and yes I am an ordained officiant). It was quiet and private and absolutely perfect!

After their ceremony we stopped for bite to eat at St Mary Village overlooking the Park. I highly recommend the bison burger and the salmon spread! Once we were properly energized after a good meal, a lot of laughing and great conversation, we were off once more!

From there we headed to Many Glacier for photos and were met with some crazy weather moving in, which made for some beautiful shots. In Many Glacier we took advantage of the views and didn’t pass up the chance to get some shots with the Swan Mountain trail horses as they passed by.

As the rain moved in, we decided to skirt it by heading west for photos along Going-to-the-Sun Road! We took advantage of some of my favorite scenic stops as we headed to toward Logan Pass for sunset! The storm was catching up with us, but it was the end of the night so we danced in the rain! And the shots we got while the rain was poring down and the sky was on fire with the setting sun, are some of my favorites from this season!

Being able to adapt and embrace what the mountains throw at us is one of my favorite aspects of being an elopement photographer! I have the most amazing couples who are very much in love, and ready for an adventure and it shows in the images we capture!
